The prices shown are for adults (14 years or older) but a special discounted rate of just £52 per child (3 – 13yrs inclusive) is applicable. There is no charge for children of 2 years or under. Adult prices are calculated according to the number of adults sharing the accommodation regardless of the number of children.

The special price for children between the ages of 3 and 13 (inclusive) is £52 per child.

Kids Just Wanna Have Fun!
There’s certainly plenty to keep the kids amused. Such as the marvellous Treehouse Adventure Playground with Zip Wire, a Kids Pool and Soft Play Area in the Indoor Tropical Water World and pedal carts from the Hire Shop.

Courtesy
In our experience the majority of UK Elvis fans don’t wish to see people dressed in jumpsuits other than the King himself and so out of courtesy to them we have a ‘No Jumpsuit’ policy at the Elvis Festival.
Similarly our event is to celebrate the life and music of Elvis Presley and we are happy for our cabaret artistes to sing Elvis numbers but not to try to impersonate him which is why we don’t use Elvis Tribute Artistes for this holiday. There is, and only ever will be, one Elvis Presley.

Responsibility
The Festival is organised by and is the responsibilty of Arena Travel and is subject to their Reservation Conditions. We would like to remind you that Arena Travel and Vauxhall Holiday Park are in no way responsible for loss or damage to your property during your stay. We recommend therefore that you insure your personal effects, clothing and cash in the normal way before coming on holiday and also that you take out cancellation cover to protect you against loss of deposit or the holiday cost in the event of you having to cancel.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damage or inconvenience caused by Acts of God including extreme weather conditions. Participation in any activities, competitions or sports is done so entirely at your own risk.

Want To Share?
It’s a lot cheaper to share than to have single occupancy and so for those booking alone but who would be willing to share with another fan of the same sex we can offer a special arrangement where we will allocate you with one or two others in 2 or 3 bedroom accommodation so you can each have your own bedroom. Please phone us for more details.

Payment Schedule
A deposit of £50 per person is required when making your booking. The balance is due 80 days prior to the holiday.

We are pleased to accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Debit Mastercard or American Express for all, or part or the holiday cost. Please complete the appropriate box on the Reservation Form.
Please note that a 2% surcharge (3% Amex) applies to bookings made by these cards.
There is no surcharge made for payment by Maestro, Delta and Visa Debit.
