Room Mate Service
For persons booking alone but who wish to share a room with another
person of the same sex we have arranged a special ‘Room Mate Service’. This will be restricted to a twin-bedded room for two persons.
Just complete the special section on the Reservation Form and, where possible, we’ll accommodate you with someone else of similar age and advise you of your ‘Room Mate’s’ details in advance of the holiday. We cannot be held responsible for incompatibility.
Travel Insurance
We would recommend that all guests have travel insurance, in particular against cancellation from the holiday. Mark the Reservation Form if you would like us to quote you for travel insurance.
Payment Schedule
A deposit of £50 per person is payable upon booking. The balance is due not less than 80 days prior to departure. Upon receipt of your deposit (and obviously subject to places being available), you will be sent a Confirmation-Invoice. Approximately 10 days before the holiday you will be sent your final detailed instructions.
Payment By Credit Card
We are pleased to accept payment by MASTERCARD, VISA or AMEX for all, or part, of the holiday cost. Please complete the appropriate box on the Reservation form if you wish to pay by Credit Card. Please note a 2% surcharge and (3% for Amex) will be
applied to all credit card and Debit Mastercard payments. We are also pleased to accept payment by MAESTRO and DELTA cards. No surcharges apply to these payments.
