CHECK IN / CHECK OUT DETAILS

Check in to the venue from 2pm Friday 5th October 2012
Checkout by 10am Monday 8th October 2012
You can check out at any time over the weekend but there will be no refunds if you do not stay for three nights.

CARAVAN CHOICE

When booking for the Edventure Weekend please indicate the type of caravan required. Should this not be available at the time of booking we will confirm you into the next available caravan type.

FAMILY BOOKINGS

For any Fan Club member wishing to bring their family, we have a special rate. Adults pay full price per person and the kids aged 2-12 years old are charged at £60 each. There is no charge for children under 2 years old.

SPECIAL NEEDS AND DISABLED FANS

Arena Travel welcomes people with special needs wherever the appropriate arrangements can be made. We therefore ask that anyone suffering from a medical condition or disability, or simply needing a little extra help during their holiday, provides full details of their special requirements. Guests with a disability must be accompanied by an able-bodied person who is willing, and able, to assist them were necessary. There is limited availability of disabled access accommodation. WHEN DO I GET MY EDVENTURE WEEKEND DETAILS

Upon receipt of payment (and subject to places being available) you will be sent a confirmation invoice. Approximately 10 days before the Edventure Weekend you will be sent your check-in procedure and final details. 

ON SITE FACILITIES

If you are feeling energetic the site boasts some impresive amenities including a big indoor pool, adventure golf, archery, fencing, amusement arcade and bowling. There’s also a fantastic sandy beach adjoining the village.
There are two fantastic entertainment rooms with bars with screens playing Maiden all weekend.

ATTENDING ALONE AND WANT TO SHARE?

If you want to come on your own and want to share with fellow fans also alone, we can accommodate you as there will be quite a few doing the same. Just email enquiries@arenatravel.com or call Arena Travel on +44 (0)1473 660800 and we’ll take care of it for you.

WHO IS ELIGABLE TO ATTEND?

The Edventure Weekend is open to all Fan Club members who have current FULL FAN CLUB MEMBERSHIP at time of booking. Fan Club members are allowed to bring immediate family or ONE GUEST who is a non-member.
Everyone attending will be issued with a wristband which must be worn at all times.

LIVE MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT AREA

The main room is split into two levels. All children under the age of 16 must vacate the lower level by 9pm. After this time all children under 16 must be accompanied an adult and must be kept away from the bar area. There will be plenty of space and tables for this group on the upper level of the room.
