Built in the early 19th century as a waterfront warehouse, the hotel is tastefully decorated with a maritime theme and guests can enjoy drinks in the lobby bar, or out on the jetty with fabulous views over the water. THON HOTEL, KIRKENES
The Thon Hotel Kirkenes opened in May 2010 and enjoys an excellent location on the wharf in the centre of this northerly city. Each guest room has TV, mini-bar and a private bathroom with shower, with most also providing fjord views.
