This lovely country house hotel and its 2 AA rosette restaurant (awarded for 5 consecutive years) is set in 14 acres of beautiful wooded grounds and gardens near the University town of Lampeter.
Built as a private house in 1859, The Falcondale exudes comfort and all its rooms are furnished to the highest standard. Individual rooms vary in size and shape as part of the building’s history, and are empathetically decorated to reflect their character. You can curl-up in the Egyptian cotton linen with a pot of tea or a cafetiere of coffee in front of a flat screen TV watching a DVD from the hotel’s own library. Or luxuriate in the bath before drying off with warm fluffy towels and cuddling into a Falcondale bathrobe.
