The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 3770.
ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.

In some cases, i.e. certain cruises, we act as agents for licensed tour operators; where this is the case, the relevant ATOL number is displayed with the holiday shown. The flight bookings we make are also ATOL Protected, except when tickets for scheduled flights are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted, or where your payment is made direct to airlines.

BONDING - TOURS WITHOUT FLIGHTS
These tours are arranged by and are the responsibility of specialist tour operator Arena Holidays Limited. As a member of the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT), an Association approved by the Department of Trade and Industry, Arena Holidays Limited has provided a Bond to meet the requirements of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 in respect of non-flight inclusive packages only. This Bond provides security for money paid over by you and for your repatriation of customers in the unlikely event of Arena Holidays Limited's insolvency.

Please note: Repatriation will only be provided if the travel component of your trip was paid to us.
