We have changed our hotel in Venice on Karin Hellaby’s tour to Venice and Padua. We shall now be stayiong in the heart of historic Venice at the Hotel Al Sole, set in a stunning fifteenth century building in a very pleasant area of Venice, a short distance from piazzale Roma, the University, Chiesa dei Frari church, campo Santa Margherita and from the Gallerie dell’Accademia.
It has a delightful indoor garden, a real privilege for a hotel in Venice, and its classic rooms, make Hotel Al Sole one of the most pleasant 3 star hotels in Venice.

Quilting: Arena at Wickham Market Quilt Walk
Arena will have a stall at the Wickham Market Quilt Walk (in Suffolk) on Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th September – so why not pay us a visit. The event is organised by Quilters Haven and we will be on the Market Square outside the shop. Event details are:

Literary: Arena in Partnership with Momentum Pictures
Arena has formed a partnership with Momentum Pictures, distributors of the Millennium Trilogy films, based on
the books by Stieg Larsson.
