It is bold, voluptuous and abundant with its motifs and celebrates the movement and strongly feminine lines for which Jacobean embroidery is so synonymous.* > > *The class offers a range of surface stitch styles which means that you can be introduced to a few different approaches to working surface embroidery. Each stitch will be demonstrated and explained and then Helen will work around the group to give individual attention to your tension/style/technique to help with your development. She will also discuss some of the background history of design and embroidery of this period whilst you stitch."*- Helen McCook
