Join us for the 80th Anniversary of the famous Battle of El Alamein which was the turning point of World War Two when General Montgomery defeated the General Rommel in a hard fought 10 day battle in the desert.

Mike Bradley OBE

Educated at Malborough College and RMA Sandhurst before being commissioned into The Green Howards, Mike served for over 40 years in the Army in a wide range of appointments. He travelled widely living in many interesting places such as Singapore, Malaysia, Libya, Germany and Belize where he served as Military Adviser to the Prime Minister of Belize for five years and for this was awarded an OBE.

Mike has been a Battlefield tour guide for over 18 years, and enjoys all kinds of tours involving British, Colonial and American military history. His main interest is WWII and he has led tours to many destinations around the world including Myanmar (Burma), India, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Egypt, Tunisia and Europe including Italy, France, Germany and the Netherlands. Whether guiding tours for veterans, families, friends or individuals with an interest in military history, Mike is particularly keen to ensure the many stories of WWII are passed to the younger generation.
