2020 marks the 75th anniversary of the liberation of the Channel Islands, the only part of the British Isles to be occupied by German forces in WWII. 

Join us on this special Remembrance Tour exploring Jersey’s occupation story. The events of 1939 and 1940 leading up to the Occupation, the five years when, under German forces, the island was fortified as part of Hitler’s Atlantic Wall, and the British Military operation ‘Nestegg’, set in motion with the objective of liberating the Channel Islands. From Occupation to Liberation, Jersey’s wartime history is unique.
