Dining room
The chef serves three fresh, home-cooked meals a day using locally sourced food and speciality produce. Morning coffee and afternoon tea are also provided, and there’s fresh fruit available all day. Guests can fish from the boats and eat their catch for dinner. Seahorse II also has space to dine on its generous aft deck.
Lounge/Bar
Each ship has a deck saloon for guests to relax and socialise. House wine and lager is served with the aperitif and evening meal, and guests may bring drinks on board if they wish. Gemini Explorer and Seahorse II both have an honesty bar with a small selection of local malt whisky.
Sun Deck
All ships have outdoor sundecks, ideal for wildlife spotting and relaxing. If you wish to bring equipment such as kayaks and paddleboards, there is space to store them on the deck. Gemini Explorer and St Hilda both have a twin-person sea kayak, and Seahorse II has two kayaks and a paddleboard, all for guests to use.
