Based on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, Lucy shares her passion for crochet, colour and yarn on her blog, Attic24 http://attic24.typepad.com/weblog/ . Winner of Favourite Crochet blog and Favourite Crochet Designer in the British Knitting Awards 2016, Lucy celebrated 10 years of her blog in March 2018. Lucy loves to inspire creativity in others and is best known for her blankets, in nature-inspired colour palettes, which she designs, makes and shares the patterns for on her blog.

Spend two days with Lucy at the hotel, working on an exclusive Attic24 project using a palette of pretty summery colours. This weekend you will be learning to crochet a variety of flowers and leaves to create a floral wreath. Lucy will be on hand to give you tips and tricks for creating balance and colour harmony in your crochet work. Full kits will be included.

This morning we will enjoy a visit to Stylecraft Yarns. Here. we will have a behind-the-scenes tour of the mill and learn about the process behind developing and launching new yarns. We will also have the opportunity to view the showroom and enjoy some tea and cake before returning to the hotel, where we will depart and say goodbye.

Please note some rooms are located in the Lakeside Lodge building, a minutes’
