This holiday is a club standard bridge holiday licensed by the EBU (English Bridge Union) with Masterpoints awarded and duplimated boards used. We have recently introduced electronic scoring to our holidays and hand records are also provided. Our qualified & experienced directors construct a programme of interesting seminars and varied bridge sessions to offer variety during each holiday.

First for Bridge guests have exclusive use of this lovely venue, where we have secured all 35 bedrooms, and the lovely Dartmouth Suite for Bridge sessions. 
 
This lovely hotel is the perfect venue for spa enthusiasts and golfers. Enjoy the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and state of the art gym facilities, or treat yourself to some exceptional treatments and therapies in the superb spa – a must try is the “Rasul Mud Spa Experience!”. Golfers can play on two exceptional golf courses and even receive a discount on green fees.
 
The historic naval town of Dartmouth is just four miles away, where the cobbled streets are lined with small shops, artisan cafes, tasty bistros and tapas bars, with celebrity chefs serving local produce. Whilst in Dartmouth, Coleton Fishacre is also worth a visit - a fabulous historic house full of Art Deco furniture and set in stunning gardens and woodland. The Britannia Naval College offers a knowledgeable tour of Naval history, and the 14 century Dartmouth Castle, an impressive fort on the mouth of the River Dart and run by English Heritage is also worthy of a visit.

Set in 225 acres of glorious South Devon countryside, this delightful hotel offers a tranquil setting and perfect location being just 4 miles from the historic harbourside town of Dartmouth. 
Hotel Facilities & Amenities
The bar and bistro overlook rolling hills and offer some of the best local produce to be found in the region. The locally trained head chef, Robert Walsh, has a passion for local ingredients and knows where the best catches and locally reared meats are available - seafood is purchased at the Dartmouth Fishmongers ‘Moby Nicks’, ice cream is supplied by the renowned Dartmouth ice cream company and bread is made daily in house by the dedicated kitchen team. Dinner is a choice of three courses served to the table and followed by tea or coffee.
 
This lovely hotel boasts a unique spa, set amidst 250 acres of beautiful South Devon countryside, offering a wide range of treatments and therapies using some of the finest products from all over Europe. Adjacent to the spa, you will find a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym facilities. 
 
Golfers can book the 7,200-yard, par 72 Championship Golf Course, which has hosted the West Region PGA Championships on no less than 6 occasions. This spectacular course has been designed to challenge the most proficient golfer, with a strategic positioning of tees, meandering streams, 12 water features and undulating greens. The 2,252-yard, par 33 9 Hole Dartmouth Golf Course offers a more relaxing challenge, but nevertheless the course has been built to the exact same standard as its sister course, offering the golfer similar challenges of undulating greens and water features. This course is an absolute must to all golfers wanting to enjoy the true ‘Dartmouth Experience’. The Championship course is from £30 per person per round and the Dartmouth Course is from £16 per person per round. However, guests staying at the hotel will receive a 25% discount on green fees.
Getting to the Hotel
The nearest train station is Totnes which is approximately 12 miles away. 
Dartmouth harbour is approximately 4 miles from the hotel. 
For guests looking to drive, there is ample free parking on site and reservation is not required.
