To put your mind at ease, when booking your next holiday, we have set out the following Customer Charter to make our position completely clear and to allow our customers to plan a holiday with us this year:

We will only operate to destinations where quarantine is not required

The destination must be quarantine free on return to the UK at least 4 weeks prior to the planned departure date

We will not ask for the balance of the monies due to be paid until the destination does not require quarantine

If at 4 weeks prior to travel the destination is not quarantine free, we will take the decision not to operate the holiday, under these circumstances you will have the following options:

  • Transfer to a similar holiday departing this year with a Price Match Guarantee, if no alternative in 2022 then to 2023
  • Transfer to an alternative holiday this year or next and receive a 5% discount on the holiday cost
  • Receive a financially secure Refund Credit Note that allows you to defer your holiday decision with the above Price Match Guarantee and discount with the option to receive a refund of all monies paid

Flexible Booking

We will continue with our Flexible Booking policy that allows for a transfer until the 90 day balance due date (42 for UK departures)

*If you need to transfer you holiday due to Covid19 related issues you can transfer your booking and deposit up to 90 days (42 for UK departures) before departure free of charge, excludes the costs incurred of flights purchased where airline admin or cancellation fees may apply.

Your safety and wellbeing are our utmost priority

Our Customers’ Health and Wellbeing are our utmost priority and all necessary precautions and protocols will be strictly observed with a detailed pre-tour audit undertaken and full details shared in final holiday documentation along with any Government testing requirements.

The vast majority of our customers are double vaccinated and we are collecting this information pre-travel. Those not double vaccinated will be required to show proof of a negative test pre-travel and all will be required to adhere to Government guidance Our Tour Managers, Experts and Hosts will be equally double vaccinated or tested pre-tour and fully briefed as to sanitisation and distancing requirements and will be on hand to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
